We want you to love your MODE EDIT pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Custom or personalized items are final sale

How to Return

1. Contact us at hello@modeedit.com with your order number
2. We’ll provide a return shipping label (US orders only)
3. Package the items securely and drop off at the carrier
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item within 30 days. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
